My Christmas Chook WIP

I have since finished the actual chook since this photo was taken and the first stitches have been put into the snippet tray. The real name is Merry Noel and it is one of the clever designs done by Judith of Twisted Oaks. I have a few of TO designs to stitch. The other chook is one of them. I am stitching this on the asked for fabric and the Dinky Dyes chosen for the design. Just gorgeous. I am very happy with my chook.

This is lovely. Looks like you've been a busy stitcher! Judith does such clever designs.

I know you posted it ages ago, but I just have to comment on St. Sophia. It is stunning!!! You should be really proud of yourself for completing it.

Thanks Juanita. I was happy to complete St Sofia. It does look good framed as well. I am now stitching Yvonnes Ring of Roses. I must take a photo of it for the blog.

Judith's designs are lovely. She is so clever.

Janine - That is a lovely piece, I really like the colors. But what exactly is a chook? I have never heard of that before.

Love seeing all your pictues.

Thank you CJ. A chook is a chicken. We Aussies call them chooks.
